Refund policy
Our Approach
Every Zororo Life order is hand packaged to ensure it arrives in the same condition it leaves our team. Because of this and the nature of the products we sell, we have a very clear returns and refund policy.
Returns
Because our trucker caps are worn on the head, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
For this reason, all hat sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or change of mind requests once the item has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within forty eight hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement or provide a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
• The item arrives damaged
• The wrong item is delivered
• A manufacturing fault is confirmed
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Once approved, please allow up to ten working days for the refund to appear.
